Nature , facility is clean. Big room for 6 people with proper furniture etc
No wifi in rooms, basic things like brush paste will not be provided for free we need to pay if needed.
Hair dryer was too old and slow.
There is no separate explanation for different stays inside resort . They say all facilities like pool etc in website but is only at particular type of stay .

I like the hotel vibes and design. It was lovely. The bar is surprisingly affordable compared to most of the bars in Karuizawa (judging from online research).

Room was very big. 55 sqm. room can easily accommodate 4-6 people! Shuttle bus is provided if you want to use the onsen at Marriott.
The room is a bit old. Bathroom is old and "look" a little dirty. It was just aged.

Natural environment.
The room was very old and stained sofas.
No wifi in the room even though wifi availability mentioned in booking.com.
We need to buy tooth brush and paste separately.
Every tourists locations are very far from the hotel.
