It is a great location and the apartment was beautiful! The staff went out of their way to be helpful. There were balconies to the street where we could watch what was going on as well as a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. There was no breakfast or restaurant in the building, but I had a full kitchen and lots of restaurants near by. Coffee was provided and tea, water. Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced.

The location was perfect and the apartment was huge, elegant and clean. There were two balconies - one overlooking the street and another in a very pretty and quiet courtyard. The amenities were perfect for our stay. Most importantly the staff was incredibly helpful, attentive without being intrusive and full of suggestions for us. I would absolutely recommended the hotel to anyone and would gladly stay there again.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable accommodations. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The Nespresso machine was a great touch.
While the location is nice for walkability of the old city/Casco Viejo, it is so horribly loud on weekend nights. Every time a car with subwoofers drove by, we woke up which was not ideal for traveling with kids. If you are going over weeknights or to party you probably wouldn't mind/notice. Also the bedding was cheap/not what I'd anticipated given the cost.
