This is my second stay here. They upgraded me to a nice corner room. The room service was prompt and good. Great views from the hotel - need more time to enjoy it.
The valet sometimes were never there to get the car. Elevator wait times were long at times.

Location was awesome and quick to get to most place. The staff was amazing. Welcoming. Diverse. Friendly. Proactive. Room service was expedient and efficient.
Everything was good. To make it better. The weight room location in the spa was not the best because you could only access when it was open. Also for a clean place. Minimum wipes in the exercise room should be present to wipe down the machines. I asked three people at different times and they still don’t provide. I brought my own.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view.
Despite having booked balcony rooms two months ago, only one of two rooms provided were balcony rooms. The manager compensated for this with complimentary meals.
The pool is also out of service. Had I known about even one of these, I would have selected another hotel.
