The hotel rooms seem a little outdated - Slightly below what I would expect from an intercontinental hotel but The hotel has a very nice pool and the views are nice. Staff is friendly. Good location

This hotel is right on the boardwalk in the modern part of the city. It’s about a 35 minute walk to Casco Viejo or the historic part of the city. The pool area is very nice. The restaurant has great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was very friendly. Area is very safe and clean.

From the moment we arrived the staff made sure that our room was clean and that their housekeeper had inspected it. Our suite had a view to the ocean and it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food to choose from, including an omelette station. The staff at the restaurant was also phenomenal. The “Cinta Costera” is at a convenient front walk from the hotel. The staff at the hair salon was amazing as well. They quickly accommodated me to fix my hair and did an amazing job in record time. Although my visit to Panama was impromptu and short due to a death in the family, our hotel experience made this difficult time amenable. I will rate the hotel 10 out of 10 stars not only because of their excellent amenities but also because ALL their exceptional staff.

Most staff were helpful and welcoming. Our first room a bit dirty and the carpet was welted in several areas either due to a flood or aging. We changed rooms after the second night. Pool area was nice until something fell off of a high balcony from the residence next door. Overall it was an ok stay.

Felt like a family Hotel in the heart of the city. Convient to areas to visit. Staff very helpful..Small road sound barrier by pool wood be great. Up stairs observation area could be upgraded to be better enjoyed.

Room service at this hotel was absolutely horrible! You couldn’t get them to answer the phone. When they did they would take the order and it was never delivered correctly. Order always wrong: and they would take the rolling cart back, because they didn’t have enough. Called down to discuss with manager and he was not ever available.. they said he would call back and that never happened either.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. I would not stay at this property again because you can hear everything from the room next to ours. TV and people talking as if they were in the same room! They Turned on the TV at 6 am and came back at night at midnight, turned on the TV and talking went in for some time. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights and it was terrible every day and night.

The staff was very nice. The concierge was helpful. We had an excellent server in the restaurant who helped with our dietary restrictions. Pool was beautiful. The view was nice, but the room was very cold and water condensation was dripping from the ceiling. We were cold for the length of our stay.

Great position with wonderful views. There is currently an internet problem, which the hotel knows about and shared at check in, but it constantly dropped in and out during my two day stay. Breakfast was plentiful, quality ok

It use to be a 5-star hotel... I give it a 3-star now. Some of the staff friendly but some uncooperative. I asked for a two-hour extension to check out (with the intention of having lunch there) but was turned down. Very bad internet service. The room did not have USB connection outlet(s). The food selection at the dinner and breakfast buffet was limited and questionable in terms of sophistication, taste and attractiveness. Dinner certainly not worth the amount charged.

Nice location right in the center of town. Surrounded by waterfront parks. Entire staff was great and very helpful for this non Spanish speaking couple. Pool and facilities were excellent. Covid test for return the US was arraigned right at the hotel. If I have to find a single fault it would be the windows in the room need a good exterior cleaning.
