The staff is truly exceptional at Intercontinental Miramar Panama, IHG. They catered to all of our needs at all hours of the day. Great bathing products in the room, always full to the brim,
And all of our needs were met.
I would highly recommend staying here. The pool is superb as well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However the actual rooms could use some major upgrades. For being considered a four or five star resort, the room phone did not work, there was no mini bar/fridge, chips or cracks in the tables and lamps. No easily accessible outlets on the desk or next to the bed for charging devices. The TV was a flat screen, but not a SmartTV, so there was no streaming services available. IGH really needs to upgrade this property
