Very large hotel with air conditioning, breakfast included and restaurants on site. It's a beautiful hotel and is part of the Hard Rock Cafe, but the Hard Rock store is only open on the weekends. Easy pickup for tours and uber.

The customer service at this hotel was great! It’s conveniently located, but definitely not a 5 star hotel and is a little older. Great for families!

Overall the hotel is really nice and fancy. For some reason they’re really cheap with their towels so we had to have them bring more several times. There were three of us and they would only give 2 towels and no hand towels. The room was nice though and the price is pretty good for a nice place.

I didnt actually stay. My credit card info was stolen and successfully used at this hotel. Clearly the staff did not ask for appropriate identification to go with the credit card. Staff should have to pay me for my time and effort in trying to get this resolved.

Formerly known as Hard Rock Cafe Panama, the new Megapolis has yet to put in place a restoration project on this property. The rooms were fairly clean, however doors, furniture, electronics (among other things) need changing. The pool furniture is filthy. There are no rules as to eating in the pool and so, the water wasnt all that clean either. The food is fair, but the variety is very poor.

Once we figured out which room worked for our family, everything was great! The breakfast and the pool area, were great as well as the location. Carla, and Martin were great employees who helped smooth out our transition. Thank you!

Good bed, we booked an ocean view and it was great. Attached mall is very bare, not many stores. most were empty, Hotel seemed pretty empty and quiet for our 1 night stay.

The Front Desk Staff are Horrible. So many Visitors are waiting to check in and 2 staff members are attending to one person for at least 40 minutes. Such a TURN-OFF. Do not send Clothes to dry clean. It takes at least 3 days to get your clothes back, when it should be the next day. Other Hotel Staff were Wonderful. The Breakfast was enjoyable. I will stay here again, but please CHANGE your Front Desk Staff.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, location was excellent, and we had a beautiful view from our bedroom. As a family suite, though, the floor plan was odd. The central living area had no windows. The room smelled very dusty and moldy. Turning the air conditioning up helped, but it felt like the room hadn't been used in a long time, and we all ended up with stuffed up noses from the musty smell.

Loved the hotel and it’s amenities! Housekeeping could use some improvements. Several times had to contact front desk for towels and other items that were not replenished. Other than that, I would stay there again.

I visited this hotel previously when it was branded as Hard Rock Hotel. I don't know if it is for the season we visited but it felt empty this time. Building and facilities are kept in good conditions and room is great, the duvet might be on the warmer side tho. Additional services might be frustrating, room service left us with only one towel when we were 4 people in the room. It took me two calls, two visits to the lobby and 1 hour to get the additional towels sent to our room.

With over 50 years of traveling. I must say that this hotel has the overall worst service worst clients Support worst response to any hotel at any price. I have been A Dozens of countries in the World This hotel singularly has more issues problems lack of Communication nonresponsive staff as anyq I have ever seen. The owner of this hotel and its sister hotel. It's not to be seen. Managers are a way during holiday are the rest of the staff is either incapable. Or in fear of proper resolution of issues.

The hotel has mold and mildew in all room and common areas, (hallways). If this would happen here, the health Dept would shut them down. Staff was friendly and the mold and mildew is no fault of the staff.

Half the amenities advertised including a juice bar, a club, and a rooftop bar weren’t even open. The staff took four days to do our laundry despite claiming a 12hr turnaround, and they charged us $50 for it. We had to call roughly 7 times and go down in person several times to even get the laundry. The service was not rendered as promised. They lost five of our shirts.

The lobby is beautiful. Step off the elevator to your room and the whole atmosphere changes. It’s wet, and smells of mildew and water damage. The air does not work properly and neither does the fridge. My whole family ended up sick due to the air quality in the hotel.

This place is a ghost town sixty six floors of emptiness Absolutely limited guest service. Small front desk with one attendant because there is no guest!! At night walking around is freaky . Hotel keeps minimal staff to save money they turn most of lights off to save money and that makes the environment more and more frightening. This was a mistake and I will remember to Never get close to this horrible place.

Staff was nice but there was an issue with my reservation that took over 30 minutes to resolve on their end. My room had to be switched 3x due to the smell on the floors and i asked for housekeeping for extra towels that took over 2 hours to receive. The staff was nice and worked well under pressure they were very busy during my stay but overall i will not be going back

The hotel is beutiful. It got a little mall that you can go right in the hotel. The pool is huge and always clean the rooms are not big but they are confortable. It wasntexpensive. The free breakfast fantastic. Everything is vloseto itwasfantastic
