This was my first trip to Panama, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day of my departure. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help.
While breakfast was somewhat pricey, it was well worth it. The quality was excellent, with a wide variety of options to accommodate different tastes and dietary needs.
The accommodations were outstanding. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
I look forward to returning to Panama and will definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Panama City again. It truly felt like my home away from home.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. the ambiance is exquisite, it gives luxury. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. The only take away was breakfast was just ok but other than that an exceptional experience.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Panama City and left thoroughly impressed. The property has a genuinely modern feel, clean lines, polished design, and a sense that everything is well cared for. My room was spotless from check-in to check-out, and the same went for the common areas throughout the hotel.
The standout for me, hands down, was the gym. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this is honestly the best hotel gym I've ever come across, well-equipped, spacious, and clearly a priority for the property rather than an afterthought.
Beyond that, the overall amenities matched the high standard set by the rooms and fitness center. Everything felt current, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together.
If you're visiting Panama City and want a hotel that combines cleanliness, modern style, and genuinely great facilities (especially if you like to work out while traveling), I'd highly recommend it.
