EL panama hotel was great, location was number one. Staff was polite and courteous.room was clean,spacious and comfortable,also the breakfast had lots of options to choose from .I went there for peace of mind and I got exactly that. That's a hotel I would definitely choose again for another vacation in Panama.
My room card kept deactivating, so I had to make a few trip to the from desk to get it reactivate.

Breakfast - there was a wide variety daily with menu items being rotated. Staff was timely in cleaning the available tables to ensure they were ready for the next guest and items were consistently topped up.
The pool was being cleaned during a peak time for use and the closure time made it inconvenient to access. Room temperature was cold, given that this is not adjustable a more average setting would have been more convenient.
