Location, cleanliness. I came very early (~8 am) after night flight and was checked it so could rest a bit before exploring Panama City. I also asked if I could checkout at 1 pm instead of 12 pm and they accommodated my request.

Location and the executive rooms
Parking.. a little inconvenient for bigger cars. Glass fridge should not have a cabinet door, over heats the fridge and the fridge is not cold. Leave door Open or remove the cabinet door.

the menu options were limited for persons who did not eat meat...If a person is staying one day fine however if staying a couple of days ...limited options to choose from. I wish there was an iron in the room to help tidy clothing
we had no complaints however a suggestion...maybe include kiddie options on menu
