My wife waited at the breakfast and had to wait for the lady to finish talking to a friend before being attended, she then asked if the breakfast was included this time as we were incorrectly charged for the included breakfast on the last stay, this time there was not choice and just a plate of food arrived and then coffee without even asking if she wanted milk, I find this very rude
