The location and the staff
- The rooms need to be updated
- bathroom needs to be updated
- needs a modern shower with flexible hose.
- the hot water does not come up immediately. You have to wait for about 7-8 minutes before you get hot water in the tap or the shower!
- a boiler in the room besides the coffee machine is definitely needed.

Breakfast was good but glad we did not pre-purchase as it was cheaper than the prepay price. The staff was friendly.
The room was really dark. After the water got hot which took about 5 minutes it was almost scalding and would not adjust even when changing the controls to cold. There is a church across the street that rings bells every 15 minutes from 6:30 AM until 10 PM. I realize that is not in the hotel’s control but warning would be fair. I was pretty sure I had reserved a room with a balcony but our room did not have one.
