Excellent location. Nice design. Nice pool area.
Facilities in the room was not 5 star hotel. Very poor lighting- could not use for reading. The shower had only fixed ceiling head and the hot water arrived only after long minutes of waiting. Also when hot water arrived you couldn't make it colder.

front desk were amazing. super helpful always, great vibe and welcoming. the restaurant is excellent. the staff there too. all the porters are very nice. it's an all around great organization. well done.
the wifi can be a bit patchy.

Breakfast was good but glad we did not pre-purchase as it was cheaper than the prepay price. The staff was friendly.
The room was really dark. After the water got hot which took about 5 minutes it was almost scalding and would not adjust even when changing the controls to cold. There is a church across the street that rings bells every 15 minutes from 6:30 AM until 10 PM. I realize that is not in the hotel’s control but warning would be fair. I was pretty sure I had reserved a room with a balcony but our room did not have one.
