Fantastic location, with very good food for both breakfast and diner (rooftop). Rooms are nice and staff was helpful.
We had a street facing room which was a bit noisy (understandable). However, the airco made way more / to much noise and was difficult to operate.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with everything in the old town within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but we appreciated the breakfast boxes they prepared for us before our excursions. The room was spacious, though it had seen better days. The rooftop bar is excellent, with beautiful views.
We were surprised to find that we were staying in the hotel’s annex across the road rather than in the main building. We booked a Queen Suite but were given a room on the top floor of the annex, with a rather unappealing view of the courtyard.

This a very well managed Hotel. All of the staff were welcoming, helpful and considerate. Even staff members we had not met greeted us by name. The lobby and courtyard were pleasant and comfortable. The room was well laid out comfortable and quiet. We could not hear all of the action out on the street. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, bright and clean. Everything in the room was working properly. On our last day as we were leaving, a housekeeper noticed we had luggage. So she stopped what she was doing and hurried past us to open the door for us. This is exceptional customer service and attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable bed, large shower
Valet service was horrible. Car was delivered 1/2 hour late than requested which stressed us out because we had to catch a flight. Construction noise was bothersome. This should have been disclosed or we should have been given a room away from the noise. The hotel was not busy. Terribly slow service at the rooftop bar.
