The view i has to have the curtains down all the time because people from other rooms could see my room

Breakfast was overpriced and not good. Front receptionist was rude.

Location
We couldn’t turn on the heat, it did not work. It was very cold. The toilet did not work, we purchased a plunger. There were guests who were extremely loud, disruptive. We had to call the front desk several times for a guest who continued to yell, argue and slam her door throughout the night.
