The property was fine.
Property wasn’t the problem. Problem was checking in. We checked in two times, two weeks apart, both times it was 9:30 or 10 at night. Had to stand in line for half an hour just to check in because you only had one person working the desk. Tired just got off an airplane. You got a ride to your hotel. Then you gotta stand in line for up to half an hour just to check in. Hated it! Last time on the 28th, there was one other person there, but they didn’t help anybody check in.

I like the location and the staff was very helpful.
I was very tired from my flight with an early morning flight out in the morning and was looking forward to a good nights sleep. I got NO sleep because people partied at the pool till after 3am. There was non stop screaming with small children until after 1 am and then the adults continuing to be loud until around 330am. Couldn’t believe the front desk did nothing to stop this as they had to hear it as well. The phone did not work to call the front desk. Our friend who we recommended to stay there as well will not stay there again.

"Very comfortable stay after a long preflight drive. Well kept grounds and clean hotel. Enjoyed the pool area and bed was comfortable. We both slept well."
