The room has a washing machine with dryer, they also provided us with washing powder. The room was spacious and value for money. Normally for me, before i finish off my vacation i need to find a coin laundry shop to wash and dry my clothes. But the our room itself already have the washing machine with dryer so i can pop my clothes in and went out. Eliminate my waiting time in the coin laundry
Our room window is located just beside another building which is quite near, if we open our curtains the people from beside the building can look into our room.

The staff were the best part of my stay — very friendly, professional and always helpful. The location is also very convenient.
The photos on Booking.com are quite misleading. I was very disappointed when I saw the actual condition of the hotel. It really needs renovation.
The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing. The windows are old, and you can hear the traffic very clearly, especially cars and motorbikes at night.
I also had to change rooms twice due to different maintenance issues, which was frustrating. Breakfast was disappointing as well — mostly fried, basic food and not worth it in my opinion.
I gave the hotel a 5 mainly because of the excellent staff and location. With renovation and proper soundproof windows, it could be a much better hotel.
