I checked in to a Premier Selection suite which I also stayed in last year and had to request more hangers as usual. The room was spacious with a separate lounge room but occasionally there was a slight sour smell in the lounge room. Fortunately the hotel still has soap bars if you do not want to wash your face with liquid hand wash.
This room has access to the Horizon Club where you can enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowners although I did not enjoy the wines on offer unlike my previous stays. The lounge staff and the hotel staff in general are very friendly and helpful and it is a short walk to the Bukit Nanas monorail station for exploring the city. The hotel still has a complimentary shuttle service to certain areas from Friday to Tuesday but the schedule has been reduced compared to my first stay many years ago.
Most importantly the bed is comfortable and the room is soundproofed although I had interrupted sleeps every night. This is a hotel I will continue to use in the future.

So originally I had booked a birthday request too late for my woman. However , the amazing staff secretly added it , so to my surprise it was there in the room with a cake. I was in shock to the level of detail the staff did for me there. The breakfast was so high quality, and the fruits in the room were so good. The room was so spacious , the bathroom was best I’ve ever seen. Every design of this hotel from the many fast elevators , to the scents , to the pillows was why this is a five star place.
