Location was good, right beside the metro. Well stocked with utilities. There was plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The apartment was a good size with WiFi, TV and washing machine. Staff were very helpful and we were able to check in a bit earlier which was great. The welcome centre was close by to the apartment and we were able to leave bags there in a locker for a small fee before going home. The welcome pack sent by email was really helpful outlining how to work everything in the apartment. There was also good communication before arrival with staff.
There was a bit of a bad smell in the apartment. The shower door kept coming off and the handle of the shower kept coming off too. Lot of banging throughout the night from apartment above and early in the morning, didn't sleep very well because of this.

First of all in January or maybe all the time this apartment don’t have access for sun and probably it doesn’t get warm during winter period. Apartment has 3 heaters from witch 1 is working properly other 2 work and then stop working and most crazy thing is when you turn all of them and try to boil water electricity fall out all the time so don’t expect to be warm :) also most interesting things is that you get 0 soup at apartment not talking about shampoo or what ever on at least arrival! Even we where with 4 people and one infant you get 3 !!! Toilet paper roles for 3 night for 4 people that is a joke or what or it’s Portugies way of hospitality ? Never in my life I had this kind of appartment! When I text to ask about toilet paper and shampoo they said they run out of stoke hahah I have to run out of money and not pay appartment then ? Also hole shower cabin ( doors and shower it’s self is broken so if you expect to only take shower that will not work your hair will be also wet and as for lady’s it’s a bit complicated to dry hole hair afterwords ! So I don’t really recommend this appartment outside also no toad as there is construction so road is full of dust be careful if you are super allergie to lots of dust!
