We really liked the staff. Jim was an excellent proprietor. Beds were comfy and the location suited our quick overnight stay.
For the type of accomodation there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Lovely family owned hotel with a great pub. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, good quality bacon etc. and a nice big pot of tea, or coffee if preferred. Great Wi-Fi, small car park and bus stop outside of hotel.

Walking distance to Barrow football ground. Very friendly staff and locals in the bar. Had a great evening. And the room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised based on the cost.
