Found a dirty pot and lid that needed to be cleaned.
Couldn't be sure if shower had a minor leak as so some water would appear on floor on left hand side on floor near toilet.

Everything clean, new, modern. Coffee maker. Generous hospitality tray. Water and milk provided. No mention of fridge on booking site but one in room. Bathrobes, slippers, hair conditioner supplied. In spite of being in 'run down' area, people are friendly and nearby takeaways plentiful.
Room and bathroom very small. No parking apart from in cps with 3-hour max. No net on window so curtain had to be kept closed. Noise from street meant windows had to be closed. Stifling hot. Narrow stairs don't support a size 6 foot: a real safety hazard with luggage. No instructions for lights, TV (no mainstream), coffee maker, microwave or hob. 'Breakfast' was cheap packet snacks and tired fruit. Early check-out with automatic lock cancellation meant taking extra luggage out before 10. Loud banging of doors made any chance of rest lost forever as bed shook each time.
