The staff was very kind. The only disappointing thing was that the location of the hotel is on a street where cars can’t reach and we needed to walk with our luggage to get to the hotel.
The location is in a great area however cars can’t enter the street where the hotel is located which makes it very difficult to arrive if you are with luggage. When we checked out we asked if we could get help with our luggage since we needed to walk a bit to get to where the taxi could pick us up, but we were told that they are not authorized to to provide us with that service. Luckily the taxi driver was really kind and came to help us. Otherwise there was no way we could reach him with our luggage on our own.

Location. Pull out couch was comfortable. Accommodating for larger families
Always seemed to run out of water. Elevator was broken, not sure if it ever worked. The rooms were loud from the street (regular noise outside)

Staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was fantastic, lots of space for our family of 4. The location was perfect.

nice to have breakfast in room but would prefer to be asked if I needed by toasts and coffee to come ready instead of me doing everything. in addition the breakfast was sooooo poor.
not enough shampoos etc nor towels in the room -needed to ask for them-
although we had a huge two bedroom room there is no place for a lady to sit and have her make up in front of a mirror!!!
the water was not draining out in both bathrooms
common bathrooms didn’t have a one use towel instead a rooms face towel for all to share as if we are at home
