The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive
A minor issue perhaps for some people if your room is on the Ermou side that pedestrian area can be quite lively all day

Beautiful hotel room wonderful view of the Acropolis.
The elevator in the lobby was old. It was a little scary entering it as the light was broken and we were in complete darkness.

Central but name is misleading as there is no view of the acropolis and expensive room is extremely small
One towel each no hand towels or bath mat shower is extremely slippy and soaks the floor we asked for more towels and were told only one was available
Sixth floor room beside reception extremely noisy
