Lovely location, quiet, loved the kangaroos outside.
Beautifully presented
On arrival, we didn’t realise there was no reception, we had to all over to vines reception, there was no signage along the way!!! Very frustrating! No communication between the property and the Vines.

The recent refurbishment was fabulous.
All the little extras, phone chargers, filtered water on the tap, comfy couch, decor was beautiful.
We would definitely recommend
That there was no one available to help with queries or questions over the weekend.
We wanted to arrange a late check-out and were happy to pay. The Novotel reception staff said that they couldn't help, we had to liaise with the Sebel directly. Inconvenient if you are not available on the weekend!

Nice location.
We asked for a late checkout well before check in, it was a 3 way finger point to try and get one with the vines, Sebel and Accor each pointing to the other as to who could say yes.
