Met all our needs and provided a safe, comfortable base for exploring Seoul.

Good location with good amenities nearby (cafes, bakery, bank) but a 500m walk from the metro. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice outlook, and friendly staff

Amazing 4-star hotel - will definitely be back

Amanti Hotel was the perfect hotel for my friends and I. We were four young women travelling in korea and the hotel is very safe. We never felt uncomfortable or afraid staying there. We stayed on the 13th floor and the view was amazing. The hotel was very quiet and since it is about a 5 minute walk away from the Hongdae shopping street, it was quiet (apart from the few cars honking which we could still hear from the 13th floor). The room was well insulated and extremely spacious, which made it so easy and comfortable for my friends and I to store our luggage and get ready each day. The hotel lobby is beautiful and for the most part, the reception staff were very nice. Our room was cleaned and replenished each day and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The price definitely reflects the standards at the hotel, and we did not regret paying what we did. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and my friends and I will definitely be back to the Amanti Hotel.

There was one young woman at the reception desk who did not seem to be all too happy to be serving us. We checked out of the hotel, left our luggage there and came back to pick it up. When the woman gave us our luggage, she was very displeased and did not smile at us - she seemed more annoyed at how may suitcases we had. She did call a taxi to the airport for us, but again, it wasn't a pleasant way to leave the hotel. However, all the other staff we interacted with were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I did not catch that woman's name but hopefully the hotel is able to look into this.

Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in zentraler Lage

Sehr freundliches Personal. House keeping sehr zuvorkommend. Saubere und große Zimmer. Besonders schön fanden wir die Aussicht von der Terrasse im 14. Stock mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf Seoul.

Eine Lampe im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers ist mit einem Bewegungssensor gesteuert. Wenn Personen am Flur entlang gehen aktiviert sich das Licht im Zimmer dadurch manchmal automatisch. Dies kann nachts sehr störend sein da auf einmal das Licht angeht. Sehr kurios warum man hier eine solche Lampe verbaut. Die Lage des Hotels ist an sich gut, allerdings bei Anreise mit dem AirPort Express vom Flughafen Seoul muss man zunächst in der Station selbst recht lange laufen. Dies war mit Koffern und dem zusätzlichen Weg zum Hotel dann doch nicht ganz so angenehm.

Good value!

The room was quite good value for the size and location. Our room had a living area separated from the bed room which was a great feature. Liked that the windows could be opened for air circulation. Bathroom was huge with a bathtub plus a separate shower. Staff were really helpful. Had all the basic facilities of a hotel, close to many food and shopping options in Hongdae.

Another hotel that we stayed with in Seoul provided public water filters and ice makers on each floor. Wish that Amanti Seoul could have this service also so we can fill up water by ourselves. The walk from the Hongdae Station to the hotel is fine if you don't need to carry anything, but could be a problem if you have large bags with you from/to the airport train. You can tell that the hotel is a little dated but everything is perfectly serviceable and professional.

A great hotel, ablit a bit pricey

The hotel room was a good size Air conditioning worked well Staff were friendly and spoke fluent English Having access to Netflix and YouTube was a great plus as a non-Korean speaker

275,000 Won is a bit on the steep side for one night without breakfast included. It's an extra 22,000 Won per person for breakfast. The breakfast was mostly lukewarm rather than hot. It did taste good however.

A calm and clean sleeping place without service

The hotel is well situated in a calm district. Nevertheless, It's close to public transportation and there are many good places within walking distance to have meals and a couple of drinks. The facilities are recently build and they are spotless. Beds are comfy and the rooms are extremely clean.

The check-in was messy and lengthy due to some computer error : I've been lucky to be given a vacant room when I arrived at night from abroad, since my initial booking was not registered. The staff at the reception was not top-efficient and their English was far from perfect. Also, there are absolutely no services aside of the provision of a sleeping space and a bathroom: no restaurant for breakfast and dinner, no laundry service, no room service... It's more a cold and impersonal sleeping factory than a welcoming hotel, so be prepared to take care of everything by yourself if you plan to stay there (on the other hand, you'll be absolutely independent and none will bother you!). This makes this hotel pretty expensive compared to the competition since not much value comes in exchange for the money.

Not recomend / poor staff

The air conditioner is not working for 5 nights (all nights), the staffs tell me non-sense reason and two of them lie to me, they said it will be work soon but it is not the 3rd staff tell me the air conditioner system is turn off during winter period we stayed last week of October but the weather is not that cold so we have to open window and use the electric fan 4 nights in 4 star hotel Bad service hotel and staffs

It was a nice stay but they need to fix something about the a/c.

The location was very good.

You kind of hear a lot of sounds of other rooms like doors closing something like that. And the a/c was only blowing one direction and it wasn’t making the room cool. Also the shower is a bit clumsy because if u shower all the water goes on the floor, toilet or the sink.
