The setting of the property is amazing with its spectacular shared terrace onto the sea at ground floor. This is the absolute highlight of the flat. It was a nice quiet location whilst still being incredibly convenient for everything.
I should have booked earlier and got one of the apartments with cill height windows lower in the building which looked amazing rather than the rooflights we had at loft level - but our flat was lovely. It was great there was a little shelf you could sit and look out of at each rooflight but you couldn't really use these on rainy days. The kitchen was well equipped with good sharp knives and lots of pans etc. There were plenty of cups but a couple more than 2 mugs would be a useful addition.

There should be some way of giving bonus stars on booking.com
This was the most delightful property I have ever stayed at, and easily the best property I have found on booking.com
I would plan future visits to Croatia around this apartment.

Our recent stay at Hinterreiter apartments was truly exceptional and one of the best places we stayed. The property was immaculate — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and style.
Every detail, from the cozy interiors to the perfect terrace place, made the stay feel special and stress-free.
The location was absolutely perfect. Direct access to sea, perfect view and close to major attractions yet peaceful enough to relax, it offered the best of both worlds. Shops, restaurants, and transport were conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Waking up to such a beautiful setting every day was a highlight of the trip.
Overall, the combination of a stunning property and an unbeatable location made this holiday one to remember.

Location suited us well, right in the heart of old Rovinj
Needed some TLC. Felt in need of updating. Shower room was dark, shower head had a mind of its own, loo needed to be switched off otherwise flushed continuously, important labels for boiler not clear. ( no guide to appliances in the flat)
Communal space again tired, poor lighting, kitchen hob got scarily hot and not safe for unfamiliar users. No hooks for clothes, minimal storage in the flat. Web pictures unclear, reviews amazing. I suspect flat 9 is not as renovated as others in the block, but costs all the same.
