The staff were wonderful, extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us in finding local saunas and restaurants. They truly made the trip a pleasure.
The location wasnt as close to the beach as I would have liked, but taxis were affordable.

Such lovely staff, so friendly and kind. Hotel is surrounded with great bakeries and restaurants. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also very close. The balcony / terrace is lovely in the morning and evening. Beds are SO comfortable. The area is quiet and away from the busy beach area but is easy and cheap to get to by taxi. Great wifi - the suites are perfect if you need to do a bit of work while in Gangneung.
Absolutely loved it here.

Property was spacious and well laid out, the balcony was an added bonus.
The bed was so so comfortable! The best bed I have slept on in Korea.
