Interesting place but needs lots of work on the surrounding landscape. Machinery was working on that while we were there.
Loved the big bathtub in our room! Close to grocery store. Good breakfast.
It’s a little misleading as the rooms are not in the castle itself…they were probably the servants’ quarters back in the day. But it was all good, lovely renovated rooms!

This was a lovely quirky place to stay. There is plenty of parking and a good restaurant next door. The room over the gateway was comfortable and quiet, overlooking the courtyard. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
There was a smell of drains in the bathroom.

Het ontbijt was prima.
De eigenaar was aardig.
Op de website ziet de accommodatie er aan de buitenkant veel mooier uit. In het echt is er veel achterstallig onderhoud.
Op de website stond dat er een restaurant is, maar dat bleek niet zo te zijn, we moesten ergens anders heen om te eten.
Op onze badkamer was er een beetje lekkage door de regen, er kwam regenwater door de muur heen.
Het ruikt naar vocht als je het pand binnen komt.
