Location was good abd surrounds were beautiful

The pillows were a little flat and when you sit on the bed it moves due to it being on wheels. Also, 1 of the mugs was dirty.

Very clean; good bathroom; wonderful gardens; great games room. It was pet friendly which suited every one of the visitors who I spoke to; all from Sydney. Great location to look outside in the area and 8 minutes from Blackheath. It was very quiet due to the pass being closed.

1) The Reception area: This is the clients introduction to the site. It needs a radical upgrade. How about some wallpaper with a beautiful nature scene or some wonderful coloured photos of valley scenes in large frames? The gardens are fabulous on site but the reception area is drab. It needs a complete refresh as it is dark and uninviting. 2) This is advertised as self catering: it needs upgrading as some of the cooking amenities are either too old or the necessary containers aren’t provided. Biggest issue for me was the stove. It’s an old electric with 2 hot plates. Very slow to heat and it doesn’t get hot enough to do stir fry dishes. The “oven” was too small. This needs to be replaced with a modern stove. Microwave: No microwave dishes/ containers included which was very disappointing. The decor: it was All VERY clean ✅ but very old fashioned. I am not suggesting the typical highway motel soulless style. You can still keep the cabin look but replace the lace blinds and curtain headers with something simple & modern. The paint colour is drab: yes it goes with everything but you are there on holiday. Some colour would be great.
