The room was big enough for one person with enough floor space to open a large suitcase. There was also a handy desk and chair, plus kettle and refrigerator. The location was within walking distance of the main shopping in Shinsaibashi and the Dotonbori River area. Breakfast was a buffet and there were always plenty of tables available. The washing machines and dryers were available and so useful halfway through a two-week vacation.
The 'western' options at breakfast were a bit limited. The tasteless and runny scrambled eggs were a bit off-putting.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Clean rooms. The staff was amazing. The hotel has been flexible to requests.

All right, it's centrally located and the breakfast was okay.
Strangely enough, the staff were very cold and unfriendly. It's located on a street with some odd shops, which felt a bit strange in the evening. I wouldn't recommend it to travelers looking for a pleasant stay.
