The cleanliness.
Even though a bit cramped it was comfortable, for myself and husband. The room had everything we required which was presented nicely.
Good water pressure in the shower.
The location was good for us (near hospital) and the price.
The cleaning staff were friendly in the car park as I was leaving, and seemed to interact well and efficiently with each other.
The motel was easy to find and easy to enter with a long ute.
The check in staff member wasn't terribly helpful, my husband said.
My husband asked about late checkout due to him going to have a day procedure the next morning and me have mobility limitations due to disability; the man said there was no late checkout and be out by 10am, disappointing as the advertising said we could, which was one of the main reasons for choosing this motel.
Husband asked about breakfast, the man said there is no breakfast, again not what the advertising stated.
Husband said the man seemed quite curt, with these questions, nothing horrible just not welcoming.
Motel need to update their advertising if offered services are no longer available.
Could only access main TV channels, which wasn't a big deal for us.
