We was for the first time, and we was surprised that the good reviews read from other customers were confirmed! I think the biggest asset for us was that we had a very close accommodation room to the river, and it was very nice to sleep listening the river
I expected at least water and some juice to be included for dinner, similar to breakfast!

Cosy room with comfortable bed, and balcony overlooking the river. Dinner and breakfast buffets
with Bulgarian cuisine, manned by friendly staff. A la carte lunch. Beautiful spa area with saunas,
steam room and the option of booking a massage. Communal pool with hot and cold water areas
overlooking the Balkan mountains and forests.

The hot mineral water pool and the saunas. Also the staff was very amiable and friendly. The housekeeping service was very good, also the service in the restaurant was satisfactory.

The food was good, the room was clean.
There was no AC in the room. The room was south oriented and was very hot inside. There was no elevator, and the stairs were hard to climb. Also the pool was good but very hot for the summer weather.
