Rooms are functional and modern huge TV which makes a big difference if you would like to take a rest and watch a movie
The staff is promising some things which doesn’t provide.
They told me that with two single beds they will put them together and place a top mattress in order not to have a whole in between but actually they haven’t provide us only placed the two beds together which was uncomfortable. I’ve asked for a small bathrobe for my kid they didn’t provide it. The kids room was not working and the amenities also. Didn’t provide us with anything else as additional when you have fun room for the children but it doesn’t work should advise your customers that it doesn’t work in order the parents to know and advise their kids, otherwise it is disappointing…

Cleanliness, facilities, Spa, and the Buffets
Location is somewhat out of reach for local places. Situated in the middle of nowhere where, but worth the trip always! Secluded, serene, and above all landscapes of greenery and lakes that are breathtaking.

It is an excellent hotel for a stop through Bulgaria, we find it child friendly and at mid distance between Romania and Greece. It has all the possible facilities imaginable and an excellent breakfast. The lake offers great views and there are playgrounds for kids that definitely help.
Well the grounds were a bit messy(I found a glass of wine in the grass) and at breakfast there are coffee to go cups but without lids. I did not understand that.

Location and proximity to the lake. The breakfast selection is good.
Cleaning should be improved, we found cobwebs on the windows. There was a terrible sewage smell on the reception area. They have alarm clocks in the room and ours was set at 3 am ruining our sleep, they should reset or check alarm clocks to avoid this very unpleasant situation.
