Staff was great super friendly especially the lady in the reception , the guy on the night bar and the lady in the restaurant (2nd shift). the hotel had a lot of accomodations even tho quite a bit of them weren’t working … it was always warm aswell
the floor in the room was dirty and full of small debris even after we requested a clean up only the bed was made the floor was the same … restaurant had a very poor menu and 50% of the dishes or drinks were not available. The gaming room was well equipped but none of the PS5 controllers were all bad ( there were 4 of them). the big pool was not working and the elevator to our block stopped working aswell.

Best rooms ever! We had 3 Family rooms. Very large , spacious and well appointed. Beautiful, quiet location. 8 minutes Free minibus to and from the resort. Lovely staff. Nice, free spa. Good buffet breakfast. Great bar and even greater barman who was the best cocktail maker ever!
Lighting: Some of the movement sensors in the halls didn't come on so we had to walk in the dark for a while and wave our hands about to get them to come on.

The pool
The concept
It was very expenses for this room. The furniture was very old and simple. Throw the window it felt the wind and was cold in the room. At the restaurant, every breakfast was 100% the same! The walls was dirty! In total was a 3 stars hotel!

Breakfast not very nice and no fresh fruit. Kitchen in room but hotel refused to give us a pot or pans to cook with. We arrived after 10 pm and staff would not give us any food for our young children. They wouldn’t provide even fruit or milk.
The room was big and nice but not equipped.
It was not a 10 minute walk to resort it was a 10 min drive. There are no facilities for kids at all.
Spa was full of kids as main pool shut and hot tub shut.
