Schönes, sauberes, familiär geführtes Hotel.
Sehr gute Lage, grün, ruhig, landestypisch.
Freundliche Gastgeber, nette Kommunikation.

След едноседмичния ни престой в Пирин, този хотел беше това, от което цялата група се нуждаеше! Кухнята работеше почти изцяло за нас! Храната, която предоставиха беше много вкусна и в по-голямата си част местна! Басейнът беше най-добрия бонус за отмората!
Имаше един администратор в хотела, която вечерта беше и сервитьор. Това създаде малко проблеми от организационно естество. Забелязах, че някои неща бяха започнали да позастаряват и се нуждаят от поддръжка!

The hotel is in a fairly good location and very easy to find. Our bedroom was a good size with a lovely balcony. All of the staff greet you warmheartedly and make you feel welcome. The pool is a great size and stays at a pleasant temperature, plus there are nice seating areas placed all around the premises.
The room appears clean at first glance, but a closer look reveals stains on both the mattress and pillows.
The restaurant experience was equally frustrating. Many menu items were constantly unavailable. When our food finally arrived, the quality and portion sizes were way off. We ordered a Shopska salad (listed as 300g, though it felt much smaller) which contained a tomato cut into four huge chunks, paper-thin cucumbers, and literally a single slice of pepper. The Kebabche took forever to arrive and came with no sides, except—bizarrely—four slices of pepper (I guess that’s where the salad’s peppers went).
To top it off, guests were constantly smoking everywhere, and the smoke drifted right into our room. Expect loud shouting outside until late into the night. Would not recommend.
