The villa was nice and spacious. The staff was super helpful and polite. It's also very convenient, as each villa has it's own designated parking spot in front of it. The location of the resort is great and there's a nice area for walks around it. The spa and the swimming pool were nice. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was great and with a lot of various options.

Spacious rooms and the staff was helpful.
Not a good value for money - pool was small and only indoors (the outdoor jacuzzi came with a heavy fee), fitness centre hasn't been maintained - equipment very basic, broken or missing. The place has a lot of potential but definitely needs some attention and customer focus.

The room was bright and big. The location is relaxing.
The thermal pool was great.
The food at the restaurant was disappointing, especially for vegetarians. The options for salads were very limited, just tomatoes and cucumbers and a combination of those.
The staff at the restaurant was very unfriendly. We stayed one week, they did not say a word to us and never smiled at us.
The staff at reception was not very helpful but at least they smiled.
The kids club was disappointing as well: it's a big room with lots of toys, most of them very well used, incomplete or broken. Very little activities for the kids.
The air conditioning was not working in our room, we kept requesting for coldest temperature, it didn't go below 25° so quite hot at night. And if you open the windows the air con stops completely.

The villas are spacious. The location is good. Air is clean and a beautiful nature around.
The SPA facilities, quality of the room (it was smelling sewery in all bathrooms), and the food was not tasty - the products were fresh and quality of products were good, but there is certainly an area of improvement in the way things are cooked.
