Very polite staff. Nice facilities, and good quality food in the restaurant. They also allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for the whole day after checkout.

Our stay at Iglika Hotel & Villas Borovets was truly wonderful! We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, and the attention to guests could be seen in every detail. We would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a relaxing stay in Borovets.
