Nice staff, great location
The restaurant is in the basement, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the exceptional view while having breakfast

It was a spacious and clean room, tasty breakfasts, nice view from the balcony and a rooms properly heated all day long
the saunas at the spa weren't hot enough, the bathtub and the toilet in the room leaked

- the room was spacious, comfy and clean
- there were just a few people in the hotel so we had the swimming pool and sauna just for ourselves

The food was fresh and well prepared.
Even though the hotel advertised the spa facilities and the children's playground, they weren't available during summer time. It should have been explicitly clarified since we chose the hotel exactly because of the playground and the spa facilities (sauna, steam bath and etc). It was disappointing to arrive and not be able to enjoy the playground(we travelled with 2-year-old child).
