The spa area, nice staff, great view

This is our second time staying at this hotel and once again we can highly recommend it. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, hotel is close to the Yastrebets ski slope, food is delicious, spa perfect, etc. We might just repeat the same comment as last year. See you again 😊

Calm location. Warm and spacious rooms. Excellent bedding. Separate toilet room with high tech toilet seat and spacious bathroom. Very good spa complex. Food was excellent.
Tap water is not potable and we were randomly informed about that on the second day. Hotel does not provide bottled wated and you can only purchase small bottles from the bar for inflated price. Guest ski storage is inadequate. More storage racks and benches are needed and better management by the guy that's there. The hotel is old and might need some renovation. Small inconveniences in the room itself, like lack of trash bin in the bathroom and hand soap in the toilet.

Free transport to and from the ski slopes, ski wardrobe, tasty food with lots of vegetarian options
The rooms were cold with no option to regulate the heat, the shower head was broken and the cleaning staff didn't replace dirty glasses or used up shampoo bottles. They served us undercooked chicken. The staff was reluctant to start up the SPA facilities due to the low number of guests.
