The SPA center is spacious - lots of saunas, good size of the swimming pool and nice touch with the outside hot jacuzzi. The hotel is located between the forest trees, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants and lobby area were nice furnished. The reception ladies were friendly. Parking was free, comfortable beds, nice terrace view. Check-in & out were done smoothly and quickly.
No Wifi or air con on the 5th floor, not sure about the rest. The bathroom amenities were a bit outdated such as the hair dryer and the bathtub. Included breakfast was disappointment, not much of a choice and bad quality. Two types of fruits and veggies, nothing sweet or salty as bakery (croissants, some sweet cakes or cookies, etc). Quality of the paid dinner menu at the restaurant was okay, standard prices for the area.

Although breakfast was catered purely towards a British crowd, I enjoyed it, as I did the saunas and steam rooms. Bedroom was also spacious. The shuttle bus worked like clockwork every 20 minutes as suggested, which made life easy when it came to visiting the centre of Borovets.
Most of the staff working there with a couple of exceptions, seemed like they weren't happy to be there, and in some cases were unhelpful. Rooms are not sound proofed and you could hear people being loud at all hours of the day and night. The radiator in the room was broken and was working almost all day making the room too hot, and having to sleep with the terrace door open at times. Cleanliness is also not a word I would necessarily use for this hotel either as elevators were not clean, and when it came to the room they just seemed to make the beds, and put extra toilet paper, but no dusting or mopping. It also has no room service, and although the hotel manual says that the tavern is open until midnight it actually closes at 10pm, so one night we had to go without dinner. All in all, the hotel claims that it is a 4 star hotel that charges 160+ euros a night, but at best I would give it a 3 star rating, and wouldn't go back there. It is overpriced, and as it underdelivered.
