Excellent location, good SPA and SUPERB MASSAGE.
Lady masseuse is the best!
Definitely good value for money.
Very small room for 4 star hotel.
Breakfast not the best.
No à la carte dinner- maybe only seasonal issue as it wasn’t very busy.
Buffet dinner wasn’t great.

The hotel is well renovated and decorated, the spa is spacious and relaxing with the best massage I have ever had. The staff is very polite and supportive.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected and the food in the restaurant was not diverse.

Perfect location to hike Musala. Very clean, comfortable and good facilities. Great selection of food for breakfast and evening meal.

Massages at the spa was exeptionally good
Very nice garden with playground for the kids
The noise from the street with night party till 4 am in the morning on Saturday evening and music show at the hotel with music till 12 am .. basically two nights was not possible to sleep.
Food was also very poor in terms of choice and quility and kids corner were not properly safe.. e.g. batteries in the kids corner, broken trampolin etc.. not safe !
