The property itself was great, literally on the slope and next to a good bar. Making it very easy for our older kids to choose whether they went back to the room with friends or hung out at the bar. The shower was hot and heating more than good enough for a wooden cabin!
There needed to be more shelves in the bathroom, we were constantly trying to balance and juggle our toiletries. Also maybe slightly more hanging space in the wardrobe. Almost all of the staff were friendly and helpful however there was one lady who ran the buffet for half of our stay, and she was the most rude person I've ever met in a hotel. She shooed us away any time we asked a question and shouted NO ENGLISH in our faces. I saw her do this to many guests, and we were only asking simple questions like where do I find cutlery. We even tried just pointing to things to help with translation but she was still incredibly rude. Such a shame as the young lad who carried our bags in and reception lady would not have been more helpful and welcoming.

Amazing location for the ski slopes, bars, shops and restaurants. Chalet was very warm, clean, spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast staff in the restaurant were not very welcoming, we felt the breakfast selection was quite minimal.

We had an amazing reception on arrival from Slavahce who carried all our bags and Tsvetelina on reception. Both delightful and very helpful.
Location right next to the slopes and lifts, ski hire inside the hotel, fully equipped compact gym, cosy sizable chalet style rooms, great breakfast.

Location
No facilities were available and they pretty much forgot we were there. In spite of telling us that the kitchen would be open until 10 PM, they were shut everyday. They were only open for breakfast and hardly any food from the menu was available. If it weren't for this amazing restaurant Venice Pizza next door, we would have starved.
