We really enjoyed our stay at this Spa Hotel. The amenities are amazing. The place is very clean and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. We felt well rested. The Spa is stunning as the view from our room and the rooftop bar. The Food in the restaurant was wonderful. It is very nice that breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. We definetly would visit again.
The only issue we have experienced was at check out, we got charged extra drinks that we did not consume. Read well your receips and keep track on what you consume and put on your room bill. The front desk lady did resolve the issue quickly. Just keep that in mind.

This hotel is located in a beautiful, picturesque town and was simply perfect. We originally stayed for one night, but after spending another night at a different hotel, we decided to come back because we enjoyed it so much.
Everything exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food.
The rooms were spacious and well equipped, including complimentary bottled water, a minibar, a coffee machine, comfortable beds, bathrobes, and everything you could need for a relaxing stay.
The spa was outstanding, featuring a thermal pool, jacuzzi, sauna, salt room, and several other wellness facilities. There is also a rooftop pool with a bar, making it the perfect place to relax.
This is the perfect hotel to treat yourself after a day of hiking in the mountains. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The food was good.
The hotel is on the main street with constant traffic and no isolation on the windows. The mattress was uncomfortable. The elevator was broken the 2 days we were there and we had a room on 4th floor. The steam sauna smelled like mold. the salt room was underwhelming and the only working sauna had a broken seat. Not at all a good value for the money.
