A very chic hotel surrounded by nature in the mountains. Even though we arrived quite late, someone was waiting for us to hand over the keys. We stayed in a nicely decorated two-bedroom apartment that came fully prepared with room slippers, bathrobes, and all necessary bathroom amenities. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet, and the breakfast offered a rich selection.
For guests staying in the apartment who have to sleep on the sofa bed instead of the main bedroom, it was quite uncomfortable and very hard; adding mattress toppers would make a big difference. While breakfast had a good variety, some items fell short—the orange juice was undrinkable, the coffee machine wasn't working, causing a long queue, and the staff attending to it were not very friendly. We also noticed chipped tableware. Additionally, it would be very helpful to have English-speaking staff, as communicating with reception was nearly impossible.

Loved the place! Nice spot to get away for a little bit and close to Sofia. The spa was great and not crowded (we went during the off-season). The food was delicious and the staff were exceptional. Would definitely come again.

Good location, comfortable beds, superb views. There's a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The rooms had good noise insulation. It was very clean, except for a few spider webs on the walls.
The food was nothing special. The breakfast was actually disappointing. The service was OK, but below the standards you'd expect for this price. There was a slight noise throughout the night. The bathroom window with a view from the bed was just absurd.

The location and facilities were good.
The young waitress was very pleasant and welcoming.
Too much noise in the spa on the 2nd day of my stay because children were playing loudly and their mother was non stop talking on the phone. So not at all a relaxing environment
I booked a room with a view but there was not a view as tall trees blocked what would have been an amazing view.
