The beds were comfortable and the room was nice.
There was a stray dog hanging around which was barking during the night. The breakfast was a bit simple. Just a piece of banitsa and airyan, which is not what we expected, specially if you have a big hike in the Rila lakes coming through the day. We asked for a coffee and we were charged extra for that, which was very disappointing.

Very comfortable bed, nice garden. Tasty food in the restaurant. Late check in accepted
No shampoo in the bathroom, small beds are small and not recomended for grown ups.
Some of the stuff were not easy to communicate with, were waiting for food for too long. Breakfast not great but that is aligned with low price.

The size of the room and the bathroom were good and the beds were comfortable. The location was also nice, because it was near the Seven Rila Lakes.
The walls were very thin and we could hear everything the other guests were saying in the next room, which was very uncomfortable, especially at night. We didn't like the breakfast which included only two small pastries and a tea. Jam for the pastries, honey or coffee had to be paid additionally.
