We enjoyed the food and the nature the most. Rooms are spacious, and there are organized hiking tours as well.

Rooms are spacious and clean.
Food is very tasty. It’s very nice that different drinks are included for dinner.
Lobby has a lot of space, nice place to drink a coffee.
Spa is nice.
It’s visible all over the place that whole hotel has to be renovated. Outside floor and stairs on the main entrance, rooms, bathroom, pool - all have visible marks of years of usage.

- They ask you to show COVID certificate or any test negative result
- Each woman got a rose for 8.3. 🌹
- 5% of people wear masks, like who knows what is in your food that is served in an open table form
- Kids are everywhere and there are so many of them, they are so loud, you can hear them when they run in front of your room, screaming so often so you can forget about peaceful time in here
- Very crowded during breakfast and dinner, it happens that you can't find a free spot to sit and eat
- Pool is fairly small, overcrowded with kids
- Pool towels are of poor quality
- There is no kettle in a room => no tea, no coffee
- No complementary bottle of water
- Food is so so, eatable but not the best, one great thing is a pizza that they are making from scratch for dinner every night
- No hotel guest room slippers (those white ones), instead there are some flip flops for pool which people reuse, uhhhhh it's gross! Thankfully we brought our own poll slippers
- Rooms are ok, clean but so outdated and you can see that they didn't invest anything in last 10 years
