The property was very nice and is located in a peaceful area with several good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It also offers private hotel parking, which was very convenient.
The hotel itself is beautiful, both inside and out, with modern, comfortable rooms.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.
The spa and gym facilities were exceptional—spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you could need.
Overall, it was a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, great food, and excellent facilities. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here during the FIFA World Cup 2026 semi-final, and unfortunately our restaurant experience on the first evening was disappointing due to the staff being overwhelmed. However, after we shared our feedback with Restaurant Manager Mohammed and Hotel Manager Kaan, they were incredibly understanding. They sincerely apologized and went above and beyond to make up for the experience.
Their professionalism, care, and outstanding customer service completely changed our impression and made the rest of our stay truly enjoyable. Thanks to them, we left with a wonderful overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place.

FANTASTIC stay - the staff and everything about the place is EXCEPTIONAL. The decor, the restaurant, the bar, the spa is incredible. This is the BEST Sheraton property I’ve ever stayed at….fight to stay there!!!

Room was comfortable, receptionist on check in girl was very professional and pleasant!
Receptionist on last day before checking out, on phone conversation in 7am . I was trying to extend my stay in room, it wasn’t possible which is understandable but receptionist on the phone ( male) was quite cold and not pleasant for conversation at all .Considering that we where resting in our room and I already agreed on late check out around 2pm as our sleep time is different he was insisting almost with army tone that we have to leave room latest at 1pm and even called several time in room to confirm that even after I told him that we are sleeping at the moment and I just briefly called to check is it extending possible.
Food in Italian restaurant in hotel is not so good, also in room service food was very low quality.
The walls in the bathroom next to hotel was covered with blood stains.
