Harikaydı 😍en yakın zamanda tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum

Tesis kayak pistine merkeze çok yakın personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve kibar özellikle Tina hanıma çok teşekkür ediyoruz çok yardımcı oldu bize yemekleri çok lezzetli ve çeşitliydi

Nice hotel with ski rental and nice ski storage within 10m from hotel.

Good value for money. Comfortable, clean, ski in ski out, delicious food.

Elevator was not functioning properly.

Najbolje iskustvo u domaćem ugostiteljstvu!

Sve je fantastično - od sobe, spa centra, hrane, do usluge. Čisto je, udobno, topla je atmosfera, lokacija je odlična i zaista je za svaku preporuku. Posebno bih naglasila da su nam najveći utisak ostavili zaposleni - u hotelu rade najljubazniji ljudi, uvek nasmejani, pozitivni i spremni da pomognu. Rado ćemo se ponovo vratiti!

Perfect hotel that can be a bit improved

The location of the hotel is perfect for skiers. It's next to a slope. The staff is nice, they are friendly and helpful. When we arrived they took our luggage, the skies (the hotel has a separate place where you can store your ski equipment, this is a big bonus if you have your skis with you), and they also have ski rental. The food was good, the hotel was warm and cosy, a perfect place for a mountain stay.

They had placed a coffee machine in the room, but there was no coffee or tea. The spa is great, but on the first day the jacuzzi was not working, and the second day it was working but the water was cold, and not as the hotel stated 34 degrees Celsius.

Wide variety of local and continental foods for breakfast and dinner as well. Cozy area, always vibing positively. Located literally on the ski slope 8, makes skiing very comfortable.

Card payment is not available everywhere unfortunately.

Everything! Staff - when the check out should be done they let us stay more hours :) and they also were very kind. conditions - clean!!! Beautiful and good taste. Location - near the slopes so you don't need to carry the ski equipment, variety of food (breakfast and dinner) Coffee maker in the room

The huge and though pillows - were very uncomfortable for neck The Chinese drop - we got a storm and outside the window was an annoying repetitive sound - the sensitive people on sleep would understand :)

Good hotel right on the slopes

We visited this hotel during late February and we travelled with a baby, together with friends with a toddler. The common facilities are good with a lot of areas for hanging out. The location of the hotel is great for skiers, on the slopes with the possibility to ski in/out. It’s ask close to the city centre, around 5 min by car. The staff is very friendly and problem-solving, they really try to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The food is the best thing about the hotel, its very tasty and there is great variety during both breakfast and dinner. Also the restaurant and the donut-stand outside are great.

There are no walking paths from the hotel to the centre/other places, so if you are not skiing all the time it can be a little secluded as there is not much other outdoor activity at the premises. It is quite alive and noisy around and a lot of people circulating, which is great at but maybe not for all. Although the hotel is quite newly renovated it is a bit worn out and the cleaning is not on top.

Great location for a short ski holiday

Hotel is on unique location, with immediate access on the ski pyste. There is ski drawer and rent, parking is available close to the hotel. Spa is small, but it is sufficient for ski vacation relax. Staff is great, very polite, both in the hotel and bar on the hotel front. DJ parties are pleasant for young visitors, but too loud for guests who decide to skip skiing. Food is very good, both breakfast and dinner. There is a traditional restaurant with very tasty serbian traditional meals.

It is extremly hot in the rooms. We slept with opened windows, and it is still unbearable hot in the rooms. For three nights, our towels were not changed, and it has been very lightly cleaned, just emptyng the baskets. Shower has not been cleaned for three days.

The best place for skiers in Kopaonik

Prefect location right on the slope 8. The bar with chimney is fabulous. The same for restaurant: excellent breakfast and amazing dinners. A lot of variety and delicious meals. Staff is so friendly and careful. Definitely the place to come back in Kopaonik! Bonus: electric car charging is available and free for hotel customers :)

Heating in the room was set so warm and couldn't be adjusted. We slept with the window slightly open.

Lovely stay

I liked the hotel, the staff was very helpful and hospitable, the rooms were clean and it is overall a nice experience. You can rent skis right in front of the hotel, or bring your own and store them in a separate building. There is a ski pass selling point within the hotel as well. Spa is a great addition as well, especially after the long day of skiing. There is a great vatiety of food for both breakfast and dinner, which was quite nice to see.

The position of the hotel can be both good and bad depending if the nearest ski track (Mali Karaman) works. The track was mostly closed during our stay which made it difficult to access other ski tracks (you have to either walk in full gear 20 minutes down the road to town or drive/get a taxi). The same goes when you are coming back after a long day of skiing. If there were no issues with the track, this would have been a perfect position for the hotel!

The food was very good The bar was beautiful Best internet I ever had in a hotel Beautiful Spa Friendly employees (not the thugs security) Very clean hotel and personnel overall

We stayed for 5 days at this hotel. I will start with what we didn't like: -The bed sheets were dirty and were smelling bad and had some hair on the pillows -They never changed our sheets in 5 days -Parking is a problem, if you want to park closer to the hotel you need to bribe the "security" employees, also they treat you with no respect -The bathroom cabin was so small I struggled to wash(although the bathroom was huge) although we paid the same price for the room as our friends did and they had a big cabin -It was a pain to sleep because of the heat in the rooms, you don't have thermostats and we had to sleep with the windows open... this was awful, not able to sleep in our holiday, also we got a cold, dry mouth and nose
