Good

Hote was built during communist time, but renovated recently. Rooms are not very large, beds not very comfortable, bathrooms is small. The air is very fresh and nature around the hotel is amazing. We did not tried the SPA, so no comments on this facility

We visited the hotel during weekend, on July. It is probably a very low season for them, so they adjusted to this -no buffet for breatfast, just very limited set menu. Dinner options very very limited as vell.

Great hotel

Polite staff, spa and parking included in the price, fast internet, great spa and swimming pool, great food, everything was so clean..... I'm planning to come back again, for sure

it would be good to have a place to unwind after eating apart from the room, as the Bt item is not central. the bar area

good restaurant. comfy refurbished rooms. parking. decent pool and spa

internal layout is tricky. the bar area feels more like an airport lounge.

Wonderful property, great facilities and amazing staff.

The hotel is not in the town center but the staff more than make up for it by going out of their way to make your stay comfortable, I'd like to thank Milan, Peter(Restaurant) and Marija (ski shop) for all your efforts during our stay. You guys are the real stars.

Slightly out of the center, a 5 min taxi ride.

the breakfast and dinner were delicious... staff in the bar (which is btw nice and cozy place) was super friendly...

not all of the saunas were working and sometimes the spa is overcrowded with kids

Good property but away from city centre

Since we went during the off season, we had entire hotel for ourselves..staff were helpful. Room was good and comfy. Jacuzzi had nice hot water.

Location is 15-20 mins away from city centre and the Hotel is based inside the national park but they still didn't know any hiking trails. They had very limited options available for food as there was no buffet since other guests were not there.
