Fantastično osoblje, na nivou 5 zvezdica

Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje (od recepcije, do restorana i lobi bara). Doček gostiju je na nivou 5 zvezdica. Odličan spa centar, veoma sadržajan. Hotel sadrži sve što je potrebno za kvalitetan odmor. Sve pohvale za osoblje, fantastično! Kvalitetan doručak, velik izbor hrane za svakoga.

Ne postoji loša stvar u vezi ovog hotela.

Malo više realnosti u klasifikaciji soba bi dobro došlo

- Lokacija - Garaža - Navigacija u hotelu - Hrana - Lobi je osvežen, ništa konceptualno novo ali prijatan ambijent. Trebalo je staviti staklo od poda do plafona, šteta je ne kapitalizovati na takvom pogledu i lokaciji - Temperatura vode u spoljnom bazenu je dobra

- Superior soba se nalazi u suturenu sa pogledom na parking i prolaznu ulicu. Navlačenje zavesa je obavezno. - Ulazna vrata u sobi imaju 0% zvučne izolacije, čuje se sve iz hodnika - Ulazna vrata u sobi ne dihtuju dobro i svetlost iz hodnika svetli tokom čitave noći u sobi - U Superior sobi nema ni jedne fioke ni komode u koju bi ste ostavili sitnije stvari i garderobu. Tako da morate stavljati stvari na pod i ma torbe - Ukoliko želite da promenite sobu i kažu vam da će vas pozvati ukoliko se neka soba oslobodi nemojte računati na to. Šampanjac i čokoladice ćete verovatno dobiti, čokoladice su ok - Telefon u sobi ne funkcioniše, ukoliko želite da poručite nešto idete na google tražite broj recepcije pa vas oni dalje preusmeravaju - Ukoliko poručujute nešto iz room servica uveče (a kada bi drugo) i nalazite se u hotelu tokom sezone (a kada bi drugo) reći će vam da je u Garden restoranu koncert i da je pitanje kada će vam stići hrana - Koncerti su uglavnom lokalne estradne zvezde (stvar ukusa ali od tolikog reklamiranja hotel očekivao bi se Gibonni ili neko tog kalibra... ovako je malo bzv ali kapiram da ima ljudi koji to slušaju i koji to dozivljavaju kao muzicku elitu na nivo samog hotela) - Espresso je jako loš, tanak i bez ikakve jačine, ispod svakog proseka - Jako loše ozvučenje u lobiju u večernjim satima - Spoljni bazen tokom leta nema nikakve suncobrane tako da je u tom smislu neupotrebljiv za uživanje jer je sunce na planini opasno

Šta reći, osim - Hotel Grand Kopaonik

Izuzetan hotel u centru, besprekorno sređen, uredan. Osoblje ljubazno, profesionalno. Bazen na otvorenom, zatvoren bazen, potpun ugođaj. Doručak i večera na zavidnom nivou, raznovrsno, za svačiji ukus. Sve pohvale!

Horrible

The food was more or less OK.

A very old hotel with very small rooms with tiny windows and low ceilings. Dirty old furniture. Requires renovation. There is no air conditioning in the rooms! Nonsense for a 4 star hotel! No soundproofing at all! Pools and Spa were overcrowded. Do not recommend! This is not a 4 star hotel. There are a lot of new luxurious and fancy hotels on the mountain for the same price!

Kopaonik is a purely winter destination. Not for summer.

good breakfast, room upgrade with a view that didn't see another hotel's construction site, gym.

It was full of families with very small children (from months to a few years old) who were constantly shouting and squealing, unacceptable breakfast and dinner room (in the half-board) without windows, bored staff, very expensive extras outside the half-board package (drinks, parking, etc.) . Noise from building construction and other renovations ahead of the winter season. Not recommended for summer, at least for couples.

Superb

Basically Grand has always been on high level. As usual i can say that cleanliness,.food, spa and wellness are on very top level of quality.. Very nice redesign of lobby, restaurant, pool, rooms.. Nice refreshment, new big parking lot all praise for that. And at last but not the least wanted to finish with putting some words on staff. Those people are the best. Very very nice and professional. Best regards for you people!

Things that some parts of spa and wellness are little bit in a dark. For some reason in bathroom in the room has a delay when hot water is turned on (not big deal). There is a cold waterfall in sauna area. I would set lower temperature for that water. In my opinion water should be way more colder.. These are basically small things that maybe not worth mentioning. Everything is really on top level and of course see you guys again.

Almost everything was perfect, clean and nice room, food, location and spa are also great.

Check-in was at 15h and check-out at 11h. It would be nice if the check-in was earlier.

a good hotel, spoiled by a lousy technician..expect a difficult time getting anything sorted out

the hotel is grand like its name: very large and right next to the ski lifts and has a good ski school with excellent instructors in its basement. staffs/janitors were very helpful and though language was a problem even when i had some grievances, Melita was around to assauge with a little freeiues and did her best. breakfast is a large spread though practially very little for a vegetarian. it is an excellent hotel to stay if not for what i describe below

we booked 2 rooms for 4 days and the reason we can in there was to ski.There is a heater which warms up the damp clothes to be used the next day.it wasnt working in one room and working in theb other. Grand hotels problem could be this one technician who just couldnt repair it.. after numerous calls, he wouldnt fix the one that disnt work but rather went ahead and closed down the other working one and had the gall to say that in that hotel is wasnt supposed to work. asked around and it worked in EVERY OTHER ROOM. so for 4 days we had these damp gloves clothes and caps. IF grand dosent fire such fools , they are gonna lose customers. \Would i stay with them again?( this was my second stay with them).DEFINITELY NOT. There are better hotels down the line which might be where I would stay next.

This time terrible

Location is the best on Kopaonik. Spa massages and treatments were excellent. Staff improved significantly regarding guest relations and politeness.

Standard room so small, can not turn around in it, no place for suitcases, in my opinion this should not be called room and should not be sold at all. Empty boxes of vanity kits, some lightbulbs not working, table and doors with large scratchmarks, coffee from in room coffee machine terrible, smelling awful, open tea bags. In the hotel, large number of serbian and montenegrin criminals with their own security making people who came for the purpose of skiing feeling insecure. Also politicans with their “people”. Obviously, not for normal people who came here for skiing. Outdoor pool cold this winter, been here 5-6 times since NY and it was cold every time, can not relax in it like in previous years, only swim. We were charged more for the room than on booking confirmation.

My room was too small, i stayed in all kinds of hotels, from ritz carlton, jw marriot to hostels, the only room that was smaller than this was NYC pod hotel, you cannot literally open suitcase in the room other than putting it on the bed

Location is great, near the main ski line. Breakfast with a lage variety and really tasty. The SPA area is nice, especially the outdoor pool.

I was impressed by all of the staff and facilities within the hotel. They were able to arrange everything we will asked! The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Food in every restaurant was so amazing and good quality. I will certainly be staying here again! Thank you.

tourist different high prices and locals cheaper prices

i like the ski stuff and spa was very professional people and very helpful.

at the garden gastro restaurant the first night got charged 80 euros for 3 drinks when i asked my receipt i never got it unprofessional stuff

Be careful with the prices and the exstras they will charge you

spa stuff and facilities was clean. The ski rental stuff was amazing and helpful .. The food was also amazing

first night i arrived at the garden gastro bar the waitress charged me 80 Euro for 3 drinks. after i checked the menu was 10 euro a drink .. i asked the receipt and he never brought it . Also for the parking if you are a tourist they will charge you double and they will never mention that the parking is not free .. in the booking they said is 1200 dinars but they charge me 2100 a day. If you are a tourist avoid this place is good only for Serbians. Make sure see the menu before and ask questions about parking too … Always ask a receipt. Be carful they will try to confuse you with the dinars and euros exchange. They have different price for tourists and different price for locals because i asked my local friends and i payed almost double with them
