Everything was very good, clean, the food was tasty, facilities were great
The only aspect I wasn’t entirely happy with was the service at the Garden Restaurant and around the outdoor pool. Some of the waitstaff didn’t seem very attentive or proactive. On several occasions, I had to ask more than once before someone came to take my order, and there were times when drinks took 20–30 minutes to arrive after being ordered. Improving the attentiveness and responsiveness of the service staff would make the overall guest experience even better.

I'm regular guest at the Grand hotel, often returning back for vacation purposes.
It is unacceptable that the hotel does not include free parking in the room rate. I was extremely disappointed to discover that the hotel charges guests for the use of sun loungers by the outdoor pool, and at an exorbitantly high price.
Moreover, the information I received from the reception staff regarding the use of the car park and the issuing of invoices was either inaccurate or incomplete.
