Very friendly staff, doing extra mile with a smile. Food was "yumm" and good options also for a vegetarians. It felt like a luxury winter chalet.
I'm not sure about the ornament above the beds in the rooms....

Incredible stay at Villa Sokol! A special thank you to the reception team for their exceptional hospitality! We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to a beautiful apartment featuring a cozy fireplace, which made our stay truly magical. The breakfast was a highlight every morning- fresh, high-quality, and the perfect start to a day on the slopes. Additionally, the location is ideal; it's peacefully tucked away yet very close to the center and the gondola. Highly recommended!
Our only suggestion would be to start serving breakfast a bit earlier in the morning.This would be a great benefit for skiers who want to reach the slopes as early as possible.Overall, a fantastic experience!

My boyfriend and I had a truly wonderful stay at this place. What impressed us the most was the food and the incredible attitude of the staff.

The evening meal was always very good. The waiter and the cleaner were lovely people but the remainder need to attend charm school primarily the manageress as she's always on her phone.
Staff attitude. The hotel is tired and needs refreshing the shower head was falling off the wall, the curtains are not closeable the bedside lamp needs re-fitting etc!!!
