Big room, price and kids room+play ground .
The Life guard was super responsible 👍 the lady on the dinner was really nice.
And the view from the balcony was beautiful.
The reception lady was a new or something, she did not give us full information. And I asked for crib that was not in the room when we came. And WiFi in the room was poor. Moreover The food was not so much tasty for us. Sometimes was finished. Like pancakes for breakfast. When you come most of the plates are empty.
And the room needs some renovation. I don’t like brown furniture and posters.

The hotel is very well situated. The room was nice and big enough for 3 persons. The view from the balcony on the surrounding mountains was wonderful. The pool area was well kept, appreciated the presence of a pool guard during the whole stay.
Breakfast and meals in the restaurant were sufficient and good quality.
Appreciated very much the nice attitude of all the personnel, including reception, restaurant, housekeeping, pool.
There was a construction work going on at the nearby Golf resort, which created some noise durng the day.
The bathroom, especially the shower needs to be repaired/redone, water is flowing all over the floor outside the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful.
Everything was great and we had no major complaints.
