Location!
It’s nice place I was there many times.
We have issue with the sink in bathroom. The water goes directly to the floor. We inform the person on the reception, but no body from facility didn’t come. So it wasn’t fixed to the check out. We spent 3 days.
Also there was a party in piano bar. They didn’t inform us on the check in or on the booking. The bar was with open door , my kids can’t sleep because was too noisy. We call the reception, nothing has changed. Also some of the works on the place didn’t speak Bulgarian at all.

Чдесно поддържана градина и невероятни гледки
Стаите са много остарели и захабени, имат нужда от реновация. Персоналът е любезен, но на басейна няма кой да ти донесе едно фрапе. Трябва да отидеш до ресторанта и да си говземеш сам, но това не е много близко.
